AESCHBACH SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

• Aeschbach delivers orders exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery times are displayed directly on each product page, depending on the item's availability.
• Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50. For orders below CHF 50, a shipping fee of CHF 4.90 applies.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Returns

• You may return an item within 30 days of the order date.
• Returns are free of charge. A return label is included in your parcel. If you cannot find it, simply log in to your customer account, go to "My Orders" and click "Download Return Label".
• Items must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
• You may also return your item to one of our stores, provided that the return label included with your parcel is used.
• As soon as your return has been received and processed at our distribution centre, the refund will be issued automatically using the original payment method or deducted from your invoice, as applicable.
• Refunds are processed automatically upon receipt of the returned item. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount is usually visible within 3 to 5 business days.

Warranty

All items are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase.
