How to use it Body brushing is incredibly simple. Make sure your skin is dry, and always start with the thighs (from the knees to the groin), then brush from the ankles to the knees, and finally all the way up the legs (from the feet to the groin). Next, move on to the arms (from hands to underarms), then end with clockwise circular motions over the stomach. Don’t forget to always finish your movements in the direction of the nearest grouping of lymph nodes (popliteal fossa, inguinal lymph nodes, axillary lymph nodes in the underarm area) and towards the heart.
