The GLOV® Nano Glass Foot File is made of 3D laser-cut glass which gently, yet super efficiently removes callus and hard skin from your feet. The immediate results are soft, smooth feet which remain so for longer. Use it wet or dry, as the crystal-like texture of the buffing surface will work efficiently either way! 1. Feel your feet for rough areas and callus. 2.Hold the foot file against your foot and use a downward or circular motion to scrape off any dead, thickened skin. 3. Continue scraping the skin until all areas of the foot are smooth. Repeat these steps on the other foot. 4. Once finished, rinse the foot file under running water. Use gentle scrapes - it is best to gradually remove the thickened skin over a few sessions to ensure you are not breaking the skin Finish your foot SPA with your favorite foot lotion or mask for a silky boost The Foot File works well on both, wet and dry feet For best results soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes before starting the exfoliation
